Design Datacom offers the following Satisfaction and Returns Policy:

Our policy is very simple. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not then we will replace, or refund your purchase upon its return. We accept returns as long as the product is still in brand new condition and in its original packaging. Please request an RMA before returning products. Buyer will be responsible for return freight charges unless the product was shipped in error or has a manufacturing defect.
